To place an order on our website, membership registration is required.

The order confirmation email is automatically sent after the order is completed. If you do not receive the email, the following factors may be considered:

◎ Classified as spam
If you are using a free email service (such as Gmail), the email may have been classified as spam. Please check your spam folder.
We do not accept order cancellations.
We cannot accept changes to your order details after the order has been completed.

◎ After shipment
Once the shipping preparation has started for the product, we cannot make any changes.
A coupon code will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the product will be available for pre-order.
Since these are made-to-order products, purchases cannot be made outside the ordering period.
During the checkout process, the supported payment methods will be displayed on the screen.
It is not possible to change the payment method after the order is completed.
Payment card information for an order that has been confirmed cannot be changed.
When receiving an order from overseas, import duties and taxes may be imposed. These duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country/region and depend on various factors such as:
- The country/region of origin of the purchased product
- The local VAT rate
- The local import tax
If requested by local authorities, it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges. With our guaranteed shipping service, you can prepay all taxes and no additional charges will occur when you receive your package. We guarantee it. You only need to prepay the customs duties at checkout. In some countries, you can also pay upon delivery.
If you choose not to prepay taxes at checkout, please note that any inspections or charges applicable to the importation into your country/region are beyond our control.

We offers two different types of shipping methods.
- Registered Air Mail Small Packet: Average Delivery Time 2-4 weeks
- DHL: Average Delivery Time 2-7 days

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Returns and refunds for ordered products are not accepted. Even if the product has a defect, we will exchange it for a non-defective product, and in principle, we do not accept returns or refunds.
